Waterfront Place is a secure building located across from the Halifax harbour boardwalk. The Seaport Farmers' Market, grocery stores, shops, cafes and many of the city’s finest restaurants are just a short walk away. All of this makes Waterfront Place an ideal place to live.

Waterfront Place is managed by Providence Property Management.  An elected board of volunteer Waterfront Place owners meet monthly to address condo issues.  An on-site superintendent and building monitor provide 24/7 coverage to the Waterfront Place residents.

Residents are also able to use top-notch gym facilities with a variety of strength and aerobic equipment. In the winter, you might choose to spend some time in our indoor pool, but warmer weather might mean you relax in our courtyard or rooftop sundeck.
